Thai Language in North Thailand
The Thai language was officially introduced by King Rham Khamhaeng in 1283 - 44 consonants and 48 vowels based on Sanskrit.
North thailand language dialect varies in the pronoun and verb phrasings from the Thai Language used in the Northeast (issan/lao) & the Bangkok "proper" Thai Language.
The Thai language is one of the Tai- Kadai languages that originated from Southern China and linguists have linked it to the the Austroasiatic (Sino-Tibetan) family of languages.
